At times, my grandfather, who has physical debilitation, requires wheelchair transport to get to his inner and outer city physician appointments in the RGV, and Graceful Strength Mobility has provided excellent service. We are very grateful for the staff's accommodation and reliability. Booking transport is swift, and the rides are smooth and safe- we especially appreciate their careful wheelchair tie-down system. Recently, we successfully took my grandpa to two back-to-back appointments, and their service made the process much easier. It is also comforting that a loved one can ride along. Truly a great service:)
